Just to be clear, Sylvia doesn't have a problem with a human calling a vampire "onee-chan," she's simply taunting Reiri and rubbing salt in the wound. She's being sadistic, not bigoted. (Incidentally, she's also serving the narrative purpose of establishing that Tsubomi is human right after she's introduced, but shhhhhhhhh. I don't know what Sylvia's reaction to finding out I was using her dialog for my own purposes would be, and I don't particularly want to find out.)
